After going five games without a goal, Lautaro Martinez broke his duck against Torino.
Interviewed by Inter media, Martinez expressed his delight and gratitude;
“I really wanted to score that goal, I haven’t scored for a while and we’re happy with the win and the three points. The goal’s important to me. Today, I scored, but above all I’m happy because we showed character and strength. We know we’ve dropped some points, but today, we needed to take a big step and we did. We had a great game against an opposition, who run a lot, we’re in second and we’re happy.”
