Inter released an official statement earlier today, stating that Roberto Gagliardini, Radja Nainggolan, and Ionut Radu have tested positive for COVID-19.
The players will have further tests in the coming days.
Skriniar and Bastoni were positive for the virus earlier.
The team is only just eight days away from facing city rivals in the Milan Derby.
