Created in 2003 by Tuttosport, the Golden Boy prize is meant to be awarded to Europe’s best young talent of the year.
Today, the Italian newspaper released the 100 names shortlisted for the award. Among which 2 Inter gems: Sebastiano Esposito & Lucien Agoumé.
Although Lucien Agoumé has barely featured with the first team, the French midfielder is considered to be one of the top talents in the world.
Bought from FC Sochaux last summer, Agoumé is yet to prove himself to Inter.
As for Sebastiano Esposito, despite playing a few minutes here and there, he is yet to score from open play. Having only scored once from the spot kick.
The Italian striker is also said to be having differences with Inter on his new contract, and clubs like Atalanta are starting to show interest.
