After their victory over Lazio, Simone Inzaghi’s Inter are preparing for a Wednesday match against Hellas Verona at Bentegodi.

Inter have not lost in the league since April 15th in the match against Monza, which ended in a 1-0 result for Palladino’s team. Since then they’ve won twice: first against Empoli and again decisively defeating Lazio. After facing Hellas Verona, the Nerazzurri will then travel to the Olimpico to play Roma. After that, it’s the first leg of the Milan Derby in the Champions League semi-finals.

Inzaghi’s probable lineup-

Turning to Inzaghi’s probable lineup decisions, Inter should take the field with the usual 3-5-2. In goal, Samir Handanovic takes back the armband and gives Onana a rest. In front of him should be D’Ambrosio, De Vrij and Acerbi (with Bastoni as a possibility). On the wings should be Dumfries and Dimarco, with Mkhitaryan (favored to give Barella some rest), Brozovic and Calhanoglu in the center. The attack should see Dzeko (favored over Lukaku) and Lautaro Martinez starting up front.

INTER: Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Acerbi; Dumfries, Mkhitaryan, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Dimarco; Dzeko, Lautaro Martinez.

Hellas Verona: Montipo; Ceccherini, Magnani, Hien; Faraoni, Tameze, Abildgaard, Lazovic; Duda, Verdi; Djuric.
