After their 6-0 victory at Hellas Verona, Simone Inzaghi’s Inter are now traveling to the capital getting ready to face Roma at the Olimpico on Saturday.
Inter are surging from three consecutive wins in Serie A. In addition to the landslide win against Hellas Verona, the nerazzurri have also beaten Lazio and Empoli the week before. Now it’s time for the away match against Roma with the anticipated first leg of the Champions League Milan Derby semi-final right on the horizon. .
Inter’s probable lineup-
As usual with Inzaghi, Inter will take the field with a 3-5-2 formation. Onana will be in goal, with Darmian, De Vrij (likely favored over Acerbi) and Bastoni ahead of him. In the midfield, Barella, Calhanoglu (probably ahead of Brozovic) and Mkhitaryan will make up the center with Dumfries and Dimarco piloting the wings. In the attack, Lukaku and Correa will start as the front pair. Lautaro Martinez should be available off the bench.

After the draw against Monza, José Mourinho’s Roma will be looking to secure all three points against Inter as they hope to achieve qualification for the Champions League next season.
Both these teams have their respective European fixture next week and there could be some lineup rotations compared to previous games. Roma are also still dealing with injuries as they have several players out and some who are not fully fit such as Smalling, Karsdorp, Wijnaldum, Kumbulla and Dybala.
The Giallorossi should play in the Mourinho favored 3-4-2-1 with Rui Patricio in goal. Mancini, Cristante and Ibanez with start as defensive trio. In midfield, Zalewski, Bove, Matic and Spinazzola should be starting with Pellegrini and Solbakken behind the lone striker Tammy Abraham.
