Maybe Lebanon is not the biggest country in the World, but they are certainly a massive Inter Milan fan base! We cover few weeks ago another Inter Club in that region and it is so good to know that we have even more interisti out there, following our ragazzi and these amazing colors! Forza Inter Sempre! and Everywhere!!!!
When and how was your club created?
Our club was created on 2019, after a reunion with more than 100 people that support Inter Milan team. The club have been created by a group of people with just one big rule: in this club every decision we have to take is by doing a poll to take the opinion of every member.
How many members did you have at the beginning? and How many do you have now?
We started with 100 member, now we have approximately 370 all over Lebanon.
How often do you meet up and where?
At least once a month, including every big game like derby d’Italia, derby della madonnina, Inter vs Lazio, Inter vs Roma
We also do some activities together, like inter fans Lebanon football tournament and we do a picnic every year .
How often do you go to San Siro (as a club)?
Every year some of our members go to the Giuseppe Meazza to watch Inter Milan game.
How old is your youngest member? The oldest?
Our youngest is about 3 years old, the oldest is about 40 years old.
Do you have any particular story you would like to share?
After establishing our club and the Facebook page a lot of our page fan have been communicating with us. One of them is Ali from Norway and he’s an inter club Norway member. Our relation with Ali have grown up and he have visit Lebanon 3 time to watch inter game together and play some mini football game with some of our group member!
What represents Inter for you?
It’s our passion for this game and a life-style. We always wait for their games.
Is there a particular player linked to your club or that you would like to have as a guest?
The most loved player is our Capitano Mauro Icardi. We are not linked with him because of the far distance between Lebanon and Italy. We have been visited by our historical capitan Javier Zanetti twice when the inter academy in Lebanon have been opened
Is there any special tradition within the club?
Our barbecue gathering every year is one of our best tradition along with our Mini Football Tournament.
Are you linked with any other Inter Club or would you like to?
We are linked with some members of inter club like Norway Inter Club, Syrian Inter Club and Iraq inter club.
What’s the craziest thing a member of your club did for an Inter game?
Last year when our team qualified to the CL in Inter Vs Lazio game we have a bet with some of our member. One of them have bet that if our team win he will let us shave his hair completely after the game. After the victory we have done a small party and a lot of our member have been involved in shaving Hadi Meshref hair!
