For The Right Price, Miranda Can Leave In January

Rumours are circulating around the future of Brazilian defender Joao Miranda and whether or not he plans to join up with Inter in January to see out the remainder of the season and his contract.

The central defender is free to speak with other clubs as he continues to give no clear indication of his desire to depart the Milan club, but with media speculation day in & day out surrounding his future, a time has come to make a choice.

Tuttosport claim that if Miranda was to leave during the January window, Inter would require €8-10 million which may sound high but due to the Brazilians constant top level experience combined with Inter being left short handed in central defenders, the fee would be justified.

Potential replacements have already been identified by the nerazzuri such as Joachim Andersen of Sampdoria, Romero from Genoa and Mangala of Manchester City with the later being the most realistic option as he too is out of contract come end of June.
