After declaring few weeks ago that Inter’s offer was far from Mauro Icardi’s expectations, Wanda Icardi comes back with a reassuring declaration:
“We’ll renew, there will be a new contract, don’t worry,” she said this evening to Striscia La Notizia on Canale 5. “There is no distance, there are no problems. Of course Inter want to keep Icardi.”
A tone and a discourse at the complete opposite of her previous declarations. It seems likely that Inter and the Icardis have reached a verbal agreement, a renewal should see the day in the coming days.
It is reported that Icardi is asking for 10m per annum salary (bonuses included) if Inter wants to increase his 110m release clause to 250m or even remove it from the contract.
