Inter and Tottenham Hotspur have held talks over the transfer of Milan Skriniar. According to Sky Sports, Tottenham’s director of football was in Milan to discuss the possibility.
Inter have slapped a 60 million euro price tag on the Slovakian defender. While Tottenham has offered only half of Inter’s asking price.
Jose Mourinho is an admirer of the 25-year-old player and has given a green light to sign the player.
The defender fell below in the depth chart and did not start many games towards the end of the season.
Milan Skriniar iterated his desire to stay at Inter earlier this month.
The Slovakian defender appeared 42 times for Inter last season.
