According to SKY Sport Italia, Radja Nainggolan is no longer part of the pre-season camp in Lugano.
Radja Nainggolan has reportedly been given the green light to leave the camp.
However, the report points out that this does not rule out a probable ICC call up for the Belgian.
Nainggolan might come back for Inter’s Asian tour but will not participate in today’s fixture against Lugano.
