Fernando Felicevich, agent of both Vidal and Sanchez, will arrive in Milan early next week to discuss transfers and potential terminations.
We understand that Vidal will come to a mutual contract termination agreement with Inter. The operation will cost Inter €4mil, but they will save overall considering Vidal’s high wage.
Vidal is looking to join Flamengo, but with the Brazilian transfer window not open until July 18th, we may see him hold off until then.
In the other situation with Sanchez, there has been interest from Olympique Marseille (OM). As we know, Chile’s former coach Sampaoli is at the head of OM so this could be a plan to link up once again.
There has also been enquiries in Spain with Sevilla potentially interested. Unfortunately, Sanchez’s wage is still quite high for these clubs so the deal may be a season loan with Inter paying part of the wage.
I would rather see a transfer so Sanchez is completely off the books. Especially since Lukaku and potentially Dybala will be joining Inter for next season so Sanchez wouldn’t get much playing time.
Let’s see what happens as the market still officially hasn’t opened yet!
