According to La Gazzetta dello Sport transfer specialist Alfredo Pedulla, the transfer of Paulo Dybala to Inter is looking more likely. The forward will not renew his contract with Juventus and will leave in the summer. A few teams are interested in the signature of La Joya and Inter is one of them. According to Pedulla, the Argentinian is willing to wait for Inter for three reasons.
First, Dybala is happy in Italy and prefers to stay in the Serie A. If his priority was to leave, he could have already accepted an offer from England or Spain. Newcastle, Tottenham, and Atletico Madrid have shown interest in the player, but for now, it seems he is closer to Inter.
The second reason is that Dybala doesn’t want to rush his decision. That is important for Inter, as the management needs to realize what budget will be available for the summer transfer market. There are a lot of question marks regarding the attack. Lautaro could be sold if a huge offer arrives. On the other hand, Inter is also following Lukaku and Scamacca as other options. However, their potential arrival doesn’t block the transfer of Dybala.
The third reason that makes Inter the favorite to sign Dybala is that the player likes the team’s project. If he arrives, he will find friends in Marotta, Zanetti, and potentially Lautaro and Correa. The optimism is increasing, and we could soon expect more developments.
