Nainggolan: “I want to start next season without any injuries.”

Radja Nainggolan first Derby d’italia game was one to remember as he scored a screamer from outside the box before it was eventually cancelled out with Ronaldo’s goal which ended the game in a tie. After the game, Nainggolan spoke to Sky sports:

“For me it was a bit of an unlucky season, sooner or later it had to happen. I’ve been playing football up to 30 years without any injuries which this year I had. I hope to start next season without any problems. There are times when players are praised, others are massacred. This is part of being a footballer and we have to accept it.”

“My next season? We need to qualify for the champions league as soon as possible because it is not easy, there are so many teams competing for a champions league spot. I want to finish this season on a high then start the next one, I hope without any injuries. This team has many important players and it was the first time Inter returned to play every three days. I hope that all the players have taken a bit of experience and that we give our all for the remainder of the season.”
