Inter Captain Mauro Icardi had some reassuring words on social media today for all Inter fans.
The striker enjoyed a fantastic personal Champions League campaign for the nerazzuri, netting 4 goals in 6 matches as his side crashed out of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of Tottenham Hotspur.
Despite the pain felt, Icardi celebrated his 200th appearance for Inter by taking to his Instagram account to assure the fans that his work here will continue, supposedly putting a temporary end to the rumours of a Madrid move.
“200 appearences for Inter 119 goals. To be continued” were the words spoken by the captain, before continuing to reassure the Inter faithful by adding “Forza Inter Amala.”
