Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen could leave the club next month after struggling to settle in Italy. The Dane arrived in January last year from Tottenham.
Inter’s chief executive Giuseppe Marotta said in his interview with Sky Italia.
“Is Eriksen on the market? I’d say so, yes. Piero Ausilio said it… I can reiterate it.”
“It’s not a punishment. Eriksen is a player who had a few issues in adjusting to life at Inter. He’s not functional to the team, but this is an objective fact, which doesn’t take anything away from his skills and professionalism.”
“However, it’s also right to give him the opportunity to seek more game time elsewhere. Obviously, we have to find a solution for him.”
The transfer window opens in January. Inter will be looking for a fee of 25+ Million Euros for the Dane.
