According to recent reports from Barcelona, Lionel Messi is at a huge doubt to feature in the Champions League clash with Inter, due to another muscular injury.
The two sides go head-to-head at Camp Nou on October 2. Messi suffered a strained left thigh muscle during Monday’s match against Villarreal, in which he made his first appearance since his original muscular injury. The Argentine only played in the second half against Dortmund.
Messi was also absent against Inter in the 2018/19 Champions League campaign due to an injury. The 32 year old will have to race against time in order to be fit against Inter next week.
