After the defeat in the league against Fiorentina – the third consecutive in the Serie A competition – Inter are in need of a pickup. Tonight Inzaghi’s team is expected to arrive at Allianz Stadium for the semi-final first leg of the Coppa Italia and the Nerazzurri will try to return to winning ways.

Juve and Inter met in the league just two weeks ago (on March 19th), when the Bianconeri prevailed 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kostic.

Inter’s probable lineup:

For the match against Juve, Inzaghi could field Handanovic again from the kick-off. The Nerazzurri captain goalkeeper should play at least one of the matches between Juve tonight and Salernitana, scheduled for this Friday. He does seem to have the advantage over Onana precisely for this Coppa Italia match.

In front of goal, the defensive trio should consist of Darmian, Acerbi and Bastoni, but watch out for D’Ambrosio and De Vrij who are eager to become starters again. On the right wing, Bellanova is ahead of Dumfries to start, and on the left it should be Dimarco’s turn. In the midfield, Asllani should be starting as regista ahead of Brozovic with Barella and Mkhitaryan alongside the young Albanian. In the attack, Lautaro and Dzeko are ready to return as a starting duo, both coming off the bench against Fiorentina last Saturday.

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Bellanova, Barella, Asllani, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lautaro, Dzeko.

JUVENTUS (3-5-1-1): Perin; Gatti, Bremer, Danilo; Cuadrado, Fagioli, Locatelli, Rabiot, Kostic; Di Maria; Vlahovic
