Skriniar

Since arriving from Sampdoria, Skriniar has been the most consistent Inter player, stopping the likes of Mertens, Insigne, Piatek and Ronaldo.

The world class performances that he has been putting in are not going unnoticed, in fact many are interested in the Slovakian including Barcelona, Manchester United and Real Madrid.

However, Inter will not consider any possible offers and are working on renewing his contract which is set to expire in June 2022. For the renewal, there is still work to be done although there is common desire to reach an agreement.

In January, Inter offered Skriniar 3 million plus bonuses but the agent refused the offer as he believes that he deserves more (Skriniar currently earns 1.7 million per season). The agent is expecting 5 million in wages plus bonuses especially since Godin will be earning the same amount who will be arriving next summer.

It should be emphasized, however, that the relations between Skriniar’s agent and Inter are excellent and there isn’t any intention to cause any obstacles during the negotiations.
