After a successful debut coverage of Inter Club Egypt and launch of our new segment Inter Clubs Worldwide, we will travel up north this week to Inter Club Norvegia! Literally all the way up north to Norway!

From the land of Fjords, Vikings and one of the best democracies in the World, Daniel Larsson, President of the Inter Club Norvegia took some time to share some info about his club:

When and how was your club created?

It was back in 2009/2010, the Triplete season, we became the first official Inter supporter club in Norway. Some of us had always dreamt of this and wanted an official cub for all the Interisti in Norway, so it was really cool to get Inter Club Norvegia up and running.

How many members did you have at the beginning? and How many do you have now?

Our first President Liridon Rrustemi and Johannes Selvik Tornes were two of the main characters in the Inter Club Norvegia start, with headquarters in the cities of Bergen and Trondheim.

The amount of members has been ups and downs from the start to now, but we had triple digits on the most and this season we have 78 official ICN members. The potential to be a bigger club is there, but many Interisti in Norway will not see the value of the memberships and that`s a shame, but the future will bring us all together.

How often do you meet up and where?

We use to meet up a couple of times during the season with official ICN gatherings in the capital of Oslo, either to watch games, season kickoff or a soccer tournament.

How often do you go to San Siro (as a club)?

Inter Club Norvegia tries to have two official supporter trips to Milano and Giuseppe Meazza through each season, one in the fall and one in the spring, it mostly depends on when the derbies are played.

How old is your youngest member? The oldest?

Our youngest member is 1 year and the oldest are close to 60 years.

Do you have any particular story you would like to share?

We have many great stories and memories as a club from all the trips and gatherings (Meazza walkabout, meet & greet with players and pitch side warm up at games), but for many of our members the Triplete season and the visit of Inter in Oslo for a couple of years ago stands pretty high (even that we lost the game against Spurs).

What represents Inter for you?

Inter for us stands for Brotherhood, Love, family and passion, we are all together in the Nerazzurri colours.

Is there a particular player linked to your club or that you would like to have as a guest?

We love them all, but Zanetti and Icardi are two guys that stands tall among our members.

Is there any special tradition within the club?

Our supporter trips have turned out to be a tradition for each season, when we all gather around in Milano for Derby games, pregames or a dinner at Zanetti`s place.

Are you linked with any other Inter Club or would you like to?

Yes, we are linked and have a great dialog with our friends in Sweden, Inter Club Svezia.

What’s the craziest thing a member of your club did for an Inter game?

We are many crazy Interisti in our club, with great stories, tattoos, memories and paparazzi genes, but I think two things stands out as a club. It was our own ICN Curva at the Inter-Spurs game in Oslo, when the Spurs fans where over 7000 in the stadium, but we where only 90, but we sounded like 10.000! The other one where when one of our members chanted a specific Luca Banti rhyme (hated referee) on the subway from Meazza after a game with us ICN members, and suddenly the whole wagon chanted with us.

Is there any player from your country that you would like to see at inter?

Maybe for some years ago or in the future, but I don`t have any specific players per now.
Recently we had a Norwegian youngster training with Inter so that is cool, but we will see in a couple of years.
