Cristian Romero have been impressing with his Genoa side as all Italian giants have eyes on him. Inter and Juventus were the two main contenders in signing the 20 year old Argentinean from Genoa. Featuring eleven times so far on Genoa’s line-up Romero has shown improvements week in week out and appears to be a very promising prospect.
According to SportItalia, a recent meeting between Juventus and Genoa representatives took place to discuss the future of the 20 year old defender. The meeting would have reportedly ended on an agreement which would be further negotiated setting a first price of 20m euros.
If the Argentinean continues to impress and develop towards reaching his full potential, Juventus might need to pay more.
