At the end of a successful first two appearances, Achraf Hakimi was interviewed by Sky Sports. The player joined Inter this summer after a good season in Dortmund.
Achraf two assists and one goal in Serie A. Did you expect to start so well?
“Well, the truth is I am happy with how I adapted to this team and how the teammates are treating me. I am starting to understand the playing style Conte asks of this team but especially I am here to give my all and grow as a player.”
How are you adapting to Conte’s requests of you?
“In Germany we would play with a similar line up to this one so I already had a little bit of experience. The teammates have helped me a lot and I am learning quickly.”
It is early, but you are already in front of Juventus. Is this a sign that Inter can fight for the Scudetto?
“We are working hard for it and we will keep working hard. This is why we are here.”
