Tonight Diego Godin has scored his first Goal for Inter. He becomes the 19th different goalscorer of the season. Talking to SkySports he had this to say.
“When the going is tough, the most important thing is to come out with a win. Today was a great win even though we conceded a goal in an odd manner. We must look forward and not to our past successes. We want to keep the winning streak going. We’ll see where that gets us.”
The Uruguayan defender has been in good form in the past few days: “I feel great, everything seems to be going well. I came here with an important task, to help bring a winning mentality. I want to stay here at Inter and make an impact.”
