FIGC has opened an investigation towards the behavior of the staff of both teams.

Antonio Conte caught on camera flashing the middle finger towards the Juventus staff.

According to local media, Juve president Andrea Agnelli insulted Conte from the stands thus resulting in Conte’s outburst.

Conte spoke to the media after the game and said: “I think the fourth official heard and saw what happened throughout the match.”

“They [Juventus] should be more polite. They need more sportsmanship.”

Conte worked for Agnelli for three years at Juventus. He unexpectedly resigned during pre-season.

Derby D’Italia concluded with Juventus progressing into the Coppa Italia final after a 0-0 draw. (2-1 on aggregate)
