Inter centreback Dimarco was interviewed by InterTV after the Napoli game where he played close to his greatest game in an Inter jersey.
“We could’ve done better in the first half. In this match, we conceded an early goal and that’s not an easy way to do things, particularly at Napoli.
“The coach spoke about it at half time and went back out there with a different approach. We changed the pattern of the game and could’ve even won it.
“Fine margins come into these sorts of matches. The team did well to stay in the game. As a team we came here to win, but given the way it went, it was important not to lose. We’re pleased to some extent, with the knowledge that we have to work hard to achieve our targets.
“On a personal level, I always try to work as hard as I can. I’m happy with my display. Now I can think about Liverpool. We’ll try to take them on.”
