Inter triumphed over Bologna in a tough and challenging match at the Dall’Ara. Romelu Lukaku scored a braced and continued his excellent run of form in the Nerazzuri shirt. Inter coach, Antonio Conte was in full praise of his lads and said this to the reporters after the match. “This was a great reaction from the team.”
He continued “After suffering the first goal, the lads showed great inner strength and that is a great sight for us.”
Antonio Conte commented on his attacking dou, Lautaro-Lukaku by saying “The strikers are very important. They compliment each other very well as first and second striker. They communicate with each other a lot and understand each other. I am very happy with their progress. We also have a promising young talent Esposito who is growing and will be important for us.”
“We need to think of ourselves and to improve ourselves. Our goal is to become credible and always come out with a victory. Now we must go back and focus on the Dortmund match.” He further added about the seriousness and toughness of his players “We are working hard and this gives me happiness to work with a serious and willing group of men. Today, everyone did well and they showed willingness of not surrendering in the face of a difficult challenge and adversity. This is the most important thing.”
