Mauro Icardi‘s departure from Inter seems inevitable at this point. Newly appointed manager, Antonio Conte, has made it clear from the beginning that the Argentine is not a part of his plans.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Wanda called Conte once again in order to salvage the left over of the relationship between him and Inter. Her attempt to convince Conte to give Mauro another chance failed miserably as it is reported that Antonio did not budge and has made his mind on this decision.
Conte does not want a new “Diego Costa case” at Inter, which he experienced during his time at Chelsea when the Spaniard forced a move back to Atletico Madrid.
