The Italian winger is set to remain at Inter according to his agent; “They (Inter) expressed their full confidence in the player.”
Candreva had been heavily linked with a January exit from Inter, but an exchange deal with Dalian Yifang involving Yannick Carrasco broke down and Ivan Perisic looks set to leave instead.
“Candreva is staying at Inter, at the express will of the club, in agreement with Mr Spalletti.”
Candreva has only 8 appearances and started 4 times this season under Spalletti. Despite his agent’s comments, Candreva isn’t being utilized by Spalletti as Politano has taken over his compatriot’s starting position.
