Vidal has found himself in a team under different leadership. The new coach has been compared to Cruyff and Guardiola. His offensive mentality mixes with a need for an aesthetically pleasing build-up. Due to this, players like De Jong, Rakitic and Sergio Busquets seem to have an advantage over the Chilean.
