Borussia Dortmund’s manager, Lucien Favre, took a hit at Inter’s Conte after a 2-0 defeat at the San Siro.
The Swiss manager claims, “until the 70th minute, they created almost nothing.”
Inter’s performance was outstanding against the Bundesliga side with goals coming from Lautaro Martinez and Antonio Candreva. This gave Inter their first Champions League win of the season.
However, Favre, thinks otherwise:
“We have respect for everyone, we know we’re in a tough group,” he said after the game. We played well, we were stable and gave little away. Then they scored from our mistake, but without any glaring chances in the first half and at the start of the second half.”
The Swiss then took a jab at Inter by claiming:
“Until the 70th minute, Inter created almost nothing. We took risks and that’s dangerous because you expose yourself to the counterattack that way.”
