After a big win against city rivals AC Milan, coach Antonio Conte had a lot to say.
“We are happy with the win. Before the game started I told the players we had to win to stay on top of the table. But Spalletti was also on top of the table at the beginning, so that’s why we have to work.”
When asked about the Brozovic-Lukaku alleged clash in the locker room after the Slavia Praha game, Conte had the following to say: “There was no clash, only a verbal clarification and these stuff happen. I was a football player and it happened to me before. Brozovic and Lukaku are exceptional players and we work well as a group.”
Antonio also added: “The physical difference was not seen today despite the fact that we played a few days ago and they didn’t. We were alive, brilliant, and pressing well. The mole? There’s not just one but a party(smiles), I hope we can fix this issue and if we do it means we are growing.”
